As part of the religious and outreach activities related to the Arbaeen pilgrimage of 1447 AH, Sheikh Haider Al-Moula, Director of the Al-Muhaqqiq Karaki Seminary—an institution affiliated with the religious authority (Marja’iyyah) in the holy city of Karbala—along with a group of seminary students, conducted a visit to several Hussaini Mawkibs and Hey’ats in Basra Province.

This missionary visit began in the Ras al-Bisha region and continued through Abu al-Khasib, Al-Muwaffaqiyah, and Baghdad Street in Basra.

During meetings with the heads of the Mawkibs, medical centers, security forces, and traffic police, discussions focused on the importance of upholding and honoring the symbols of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), the necessity of supporting these efforts, and ways to encourage greater public participation.

In these interactions, theological and jurisprudential matters were also addressed, religious inquiries from pilgrims were answered, and Sheikh Al-Moula conveyed the greetings and prayers of the Grand Marja’, Ayatollah al-Uzma Sayyid Sadiq Husayni Shirazi (may his shadow be prolonged), to the servants of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).
